Bare Ember Return & Refund Policy

At Bare Ember, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
• Must be in original condition
• Original tags (if applicable) must still be attached
• Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized items
• Sale/clearance items
• Gift cards
• Seasonal/limited edition drops (if marked final sale)

Exchanges

Need a different size? We get it.

We accept size exchanges within 14 days based on inventory availability. If your size is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• Wrong item received
• Item arrived damaged
• Order issue caused by Bare Ember

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right.
